Add new service

Hi there,

I have had my optus phone service for 12 months, with a My Account login. I have just connected 7 days ago a new service which is mobile broadband, I used the same details to register the new service, however when I log into My Account I can only see my exhisting phone service - I cant see any details for the mobile broadband service, to help track data usage.

The lady at the optus shop who signed me up couldnt help me but said if im connected to the broadband device then I can just visit optus.com.au/myusage and see usage without logging in.. Can't seem to work that out.

 

How do I add the new service to my account. Or how can I check usage on my mobile broadband?

Hey @Sainteski, if the devices are on the same account then they should link automatically. Please feel free to send me a private message with your account number, full name and DOB. I'll check your account set up on our end and see what's going on.
