Is it no longer possible to add a service to My Account? When I log in I can only see my Mobiles account. There is a link to the old account numbers for other services that I have but it does not do anything.

Is it correct the each service has to have a separate My Account login? For instance if one has a NBN service plus a Fax landline plus a work cable service, they cannot all be seen in the same My Account login unless they are all consolidated under a single account number? Is that correct?
