Seriously, can Optus make things any more complicated?
Al the instructions for adding a new account seem out-dated or very unclear.
Can some PLEASE tell me where to find the ADD NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT?
Their new website user interface is Soooo confusing.
Yes you're right it is poor especially when it comes to email. I would suggest you have a word to support on the live chat below and get them to set it up for you.
