Mobile Outage Northern NSW has now been resolved 2PM AEDT

Since Optus had updated their system, I hadn’t been able to view my acc cause they have changed my acc numbers and when I entered my new acc No; / phone numbers, it said it’s not recognised.

Your My Account profile should update automatically. If you're having issues, jump into Live Chat and we'll check the profile on our end.
