for some reason my online account doesnt have any of my personal details or contracts reflecting. when i go to the mobile app, i can see my bills but when i try and view the details, it asks me to login in and then says call as you dont have my details on file. this has been happening for a few months now and seemed my mobile isnt linked to my contact and now i am being charged $30 extra that my plan but cant see why.
