I am currently a postpaid mobile user with Optus, but I have an issue with the dashboard not showing any active services. The website also did not allow me to link that particular service. As such, I am unable to use any optus services eg optus sport. Has anyone encountered this issue at all?
Sounds like there is an issue with your account in the backend.
