2 accounts in My Account

I had a new service added to my my old service now i have 2 accounts and cant see the new service usage etc. I have read other issues the same and they have been fixed in minutes. I spome to chat today and have been told it will take 10 days to align the old and new accounts so i can see the new one. Can this be fixed sooner?

It can't be fixed sooner here on our public customer forum as we don't have access to accounts.

Perhaps it is an IT issue with your particular account and is a little more complex than usual. Was this mentioned at all? 10 days does sound a bit long but it may end up being a case of fixed a lot quicker than quoted worst case timeframe.
