Hi I currently live in Wodonga, Victoria and although it shows that I apparetnly have 'great coverage' Inside my house and elsewhere outside on my property I am lucky to get above 10mbs downloads on 4g. In fact I usually get around 2mbs or 5mbs. I was just wondering if there is any point in reporting this as I am not even sure that Optus would even look at upgrading the service to allow better coverage
have you spoken to Optus (from another device) to get a ticket opened?
