no signal

I usually have good/great service in my area BUT for the last 4 days I have no signal or only one bar!  It is not my phone as I have done all the steps suggested on your website and according the your website no issues with towers in my area, plus I have full coverage just down the road.  Travelling to work I go in & out of covereage which is weird not normally the case????

 

Any suggestions as to what to do?  This did occur for about a week a couple of months ago, bit annoying when you have no service for days but still have to pay the full monthly bill.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey @zakr, have you tried a SIM replacement yet? Could you please send through your account details, full name and DOB so we can take a look?
