I rang Optus today to rectify a billing issue ( was being charged for 2 x nbns) they have disconnected the wrong service. I have tried calling to get them to rectify and I keep getting transferred to all different departments. I have spoken with a supervisor who said they would call me back. From previous experience they dont call back. Is there any other number I can call to get through to someone that can actually help me
