cable outage in 2153

Anyone else experiencing cable outage in 2153

Optus. Is there a way we can report a cable outage online?

e.g. Report one that Optus doesn't already know about?

Hey There,

 According to that thread, I can only log a fault if you (optus) have already identified a fault.

What i originally asked was

" Report one that Optus doesn't already know about?"

E.g. How do i tell you there is one when your online page doesn't show one?

Sorry about that, I missed "cable" outage originally.

Nobody else here has reported an issue in that area, please give our Technical Support team a call on 13 13 44 if you are still having trouble.

 Actually the first question i asked optus was

"Optus. Is there a way we can report a cable outage online?

e.g. Report one that Optus doesn't already know about?"

 

I then re-asked that question because it wasn't actually answered

" According to that thread, I can only log a fault if you (optus) have already identified a fault.

What i originally asked was

" Report one that Optus doesn't already know about?"

E.g. How do i tell you there is one when your online page doesn't show one?"

 

So, I am asking the question again hoping someone answers it rather than just skim the question and think they know what i have asked.

So, if there is a fault with the cable broadband and the optus webpage doesn't show the fault. How do i tell Optus there is a problem with their cable broadband?

Yes.  I live in 2153 and I also have cable outage!

 

Have reported to Optus.
