Hi Yeldarb, iv got the 4g optus netgear modem. I started on last Friday, only got connection for 1 day and lost connection for 2 days. Yes, iv restarted a many times, iv put the sim in my fone to test and theres also no signal detected. Im not sure it’s a bad sim card or the network 😞
Have you had the wireless broadband for long? Has it been a stable connection for you until now? Iv only just signed few days ago and considering cancelling if it keeps going like this as i need connection to homeschool my kids :(.
What suburb/postcode are you located in? Have you checked if there are any reported outages on the service status map?
