Re: Why has Optus taken over 8 days to port and activate my service?

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I feel your frustration. I have been given the run around by optus customer service.  My biggest regret is changing service provider. 

One of the sales support staff promised to call me and have the problem resolved, but instead i have lost sevice with my old provider and now in limbo without mobile network.
