Can you please provide information on when the Samsung Galaxy Watch will be supported on your network?
I've talked to Samsung and visited Optus branches and nobody can give me a straight answer on whether Optus will support the Samung Galaxy Watch and when.
It's crazy that Telstra supports the cellular modal but not Optus.
Could you please provide concrete details on when (and if) you will be providing cellular support? I rather not switch providers for the watch but it's still an option.
From what I can see there's a lot of your loyal customers frustrated by this issue and lack of comment from Optus!

At this stage, it's not something that's available.
What I can say is, keep an eye out for any announcements.
That's all I can really say for now.

Optus is letting down more customers by NOT proving Samsung watch eSIM support whereas they give apple watch suport. Optus is forcing their own long term customers to move to telstra. They should do soem big data analytics on where to invest more to keep a majority of custoemrs happy. Samsung outperforms apple in sales and optus is really stupid to back a smaller group while making the larger group totall angry forcing them to leave.
