Hi Optus,
We have a website with 'Weebly' and are encountering issues with customers not being able to access our website. This may be due to Optus blocking access to Weebly websites. I believe this is the case as we have no issues accessing our site via the different devices when NOT using our Optus home network. However we cannot access our site cathughesxo.com from any device connected through our Optus broadband.

Hi Andrew,
I'm able to access your website from my side. Just to be sure, I also accessed the website from my mobile which is connected to the 4G Mobile Network. I've done the same for a number of other websites hosted on Weebly and they're all working fine.
I used a few of the examples Weebly post on their own website.
What type of Broadband service are you using at home i.e. ADSL, Cable or NBN?
Hi Dan,
Home network is Optus fixed NBN broadband. I'm no longer able to recreate the issue on a PC but the issue persists on mobile devices connected to that network. Also tested on a friend's phone using 4G optus and could NOT access the site.

Could you try the below:
If you're using the HTTP prefix try to https:// Instead of http://
Other than, we'll we'd really need a trace route result.
That way, we can see at which point the request is getting stuck.
If you want perform a trace-route from a mobile device, you can download a third-party app or use web-based app like Traceroute.org.
