Webmail

I have been unable to access webmail for 5 days- pw not recognised
I’m told by Optus it is a “widespread issue” my business is suffering and this loss of access is completely unacceptable

Can you access and login to the MyOptus account at

https://www.optus.com.au/my-account

? If not you might need to reset password.

Separately, I'd recommend moving to another email address for business. Either a gmail for free, or pay a few dallars a month for a custom address.

I raised this case on 16/07/20 - see if Optus can advise what is happening about inability to login.
