VERY POOR internet signal

Hi,

I'm living in Hawthorn East and have been experiencing VERY POOR internet connection with both by mobile (4G) and wifi modem for more than 4 MONTHS now. I called Optus support team twice and both time they said the problem was fixed but the internet speed was still the same which is very annoying. Streaming Youtube and gaming was really slow and sometimes cannot even load.

Is there any problem with the service of Optus in Hawthorn East? And I think I can't stand it any longer with the current situation and really need a proper solution!

How many signal bars?

Are you inside or outside?

When you called about this, did you get given a ticket number?
