Unlocking phone

Hi

 

i am travelling internationally and would like my phone u locked. My number is <removed>, my name is Kelly scott. My email address is <removed>

 

im finding it hard to get in touch with Optus with different time zones and I can't call with no service. I would like this resolved asap.

 

please let me know when This has been sorted thank you

It is not wise to post personal details on this open forum, I would suggest you edit this post and remove your phone no and email address.

With regards to unlocking your phone you should be able to do it online at this address:
