I received the following SMS in relation to unlocking my phone
Your Optus Network Unlock Code is ***********. Please refer to www.optus.com.au/unlock for ZTE BLADE A110 handset unlocking instructions.
*code was included in SMS
I am unsure what I am to do next as my phone isn't listed

Step Instructions
1 Simply insert a non-Optus SIM into the device and switch on the device, and it will ask for a 16 digits network unlock code.
2 Enter the 16 digit code and click on OK
Notes:
a) If the user enters the wrong unlock code the number of locking attempts will decrease
b) The number of retry times is 5. If retry times are used the device will be blocked permanently
