Unable to reach a server in Australia throught the Optus network (mobile and fixed)
I've had issues since yesterday trying to access my Datacentre hosted server in Australia. On the Optus network we are unable to see any of the websites or access email from this server. All other networks are able to see the server? I have confirmed this by receiving multiple calls from clients who are also on the Optus network saying the same thing to me.
Does anyone have any contact email addresses for the network team as I have been trying over and over through the call centres to get this resolved but to no avail...
