I have had numerous issues with Travel Pack regularly travelling to NZ for work.
I order a Travel Pack using the mobile app and it fails .. saying you need to contact support.
Travel Packs are supposed to start at 12am local time. My last two trips to NZ arriving just after midnight in Wellington and I get no standard TXT that your travel pack has started. Calls to Optus at 3am Wellington time only to be asked 'how' and 'did you' order a Travel Pack are frustrating.
Why can't Optus get their act together?
