Tower upgrade

For the past two weeks our local tower has been recieving an upgrade in the Casino area nsw. The first week our mobile wifi and phone data have been completely out. This week our wifi is still down. With no information on an Eta of the tower being fixed, and half of the month already gone. With no prior notice or future information being given. At the very least may I please request an Eta of the tower's completion. Thankyou

Hi @wizzyg,  apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We recommend keeping across our Network Status page here →https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status,  which provides up-to-date faults and works that may be impacting your service. You can also register for updates by clicking on  the yellow tab. 

If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the messaging service to assist you further.

@wizzygThe network status page is useless for this.

@Aman_YCOther moderators have looked up the status of the tower and have given info on it to the end users in the yescrowd inst4ead of passing the buck.
