I have just recently moved into a house around Erskine St, NORTH MELBOURNE, 3051. Myself, and both my roommates, and anyone that comes to the house have a terrible connection here. I have checked the Network status page and it says we should have an excellent connection. Please get back to me.
That's not cool. Based on what you have described, there isn't much further support we'll be able to provide on this public forum.
You specified 4G in your subject line, if you set your phone to be 3G Only there is no problem?
