Hi, I changed my plan today (I actually changed it 3 weeks ago, but for some reason it didn’t go through) now I have received a message with a temporary order number saying it can take a week for the real order number to come through, so I can ‘track my order’ I am simply changing from a $40 byo sim plan to a $25 one-no device delivery/sim delivery required.
My billing cycle ends in 3 days. It should (and has been in the past) be a fairly quick process. Why the sudden delay and how will this affect my coming month plan/cost?
