I have an Optus prepaid service for my mobile phone device. I can make outgoing calls and send and receive text messages as usual from my service. There is a problem recieving any of my incoming calls.

Would seem to be a problem with your phone.
Do the incoming calls show on the phone?
Have you got your ring volume muted?
If you have Do not disturb on your phone check that this not activated. If an iPhone this on the side top left.
