Prepaid Activation Not, Not Yet Activated

Can somebody help me.,my prepaid sim is not yet activated until now..the Optus email me this afternoon 1:58pm that the prepaid service should be active within 30 minutes. But it’s already more than 3 hours now since their email and my sim is still not activated.

Any suggestion?

Thanks for reaching out! Generally speaking, activation's can take up to 4 hours at times. Have you since been able to connect?
