Phone wont connect to the optus network, sim card all fine etc. Tried doing it manually and just wont work.
Spoke to optus and their only solution was to just go into a store.
Unfortunetly I work during business hours and unable to do so and desperately need the phone to work.
Slightly disapointed with the customer service lately with Optus..If I call they just say use my app (currently cant as the phone isnt registering optus) or if I do a chat online with Optus just told to either use the app or go into a store.
Very frustrated customer over here!

You just wanted a temporary number while you waited for your phone. You could try an Aldi SIM, which is on the Telstra network.
The way you gave information in the last thread suggested that the phone you were using was an Optus smartphone, but was now not working for calls
