Why is Optus Webmail PAINFULLY Slow.
I am getting timeouts, pages not refreshing, disconnections on mobile and over dedicated fibre link.
This is not a problem of link bandwidth - Every other website is updating fast.
This is a problem with the Optus webserver. What is going on?????
Hey @Ash68, that's a little strange - I have just tested my own and have managed to navigate through my email features with no issues. I would recommend clearing any unwanted cookies and caches from your history, doing s will clear any interruptions to your email access. Sometimes trying a new browser after a quick reset can also do the trick. Give those a shot and see how you go.
If you have any downloads running in the background as well as VPN operating, I would also suggest halted these and they can sometimes cause a disruption to email settings
