I bought two Optus prepaid sim cards and activate them online, but after 12 hours the two sim cards are still not working. It was too hard to ask a 'correct person' to get a help with Optus, could someone tell me what to do? Those sim cards are for my parents and they are old, without a phone service can be unsecure for them.
