@Optus I was wondering if Optus would look at a different approach re Major outages and Technical Issues.
I have been with a few different ISPs and one of the things I have noted Optus does not have appear to have a page with announcements for this type of issue.
The ongoing issues with Email /Webmail is a great example.
When I was with iiNet they had a page where major issues were listed, a case number an eta of restoration etc.
By the number of posts in Yes Crowd and I am guessing the support enquiries re Email issues it would be beneficial to have somewhere where the customers go to first for information.

Nice to they are consistent in their approach .
On the default mobile tab it shows you the notification before you type in the address.
On the fixed line tab it shows you the notification after you type in the address.
