No reception and network coverage

Hi,
I've been using Optus for sometime and recently my move from Ultimo to Newtown, I am experiencing zero reception and network on my mobile inside my apartment. Every now and then I need to get out from the apartment to make calls or surf the Net. May I know what is the issue? I'm using an IPhone X.

That't not cool. First step would be to enter your address here to see what the coverage page advises


If there are no known reported issues, you may have booked into a blackspot. Have you had family/friends over also on the same network who have the same problem? If yes, the location is likely the issue. If no, then possibly the SIM or phone.


Ultimately you will need to contact Optus directly for further assistance needed.
