I have no internet connection. I have spent 2 hours on hold to get technical support only to have an automated message then tell me my call cannot be taken today. I have 2 children who cannot access their remote learning. The only options for help i have been offered is a link sms'd to me for the optus app that i cannot access because I HAVE NO INTERNET!!
