Network coverage

No internet for a month....so many supervisor case numbers later so many missed nbn appointments so many I will get back to you in 24hours and a new modem and still no internet by the way all other lights on modem are green but nothing on the internet. In all honesty after arguing and pleading and being nice I am over a optus ....don’t even know what to do anymore other then cancel everything.

Oh no, that's certainly not the experience we want you to have @Mara30. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles. Do you have a fault reference number we can take a closer look into for you?
