Nbn installation

Had an nbn connection booked for today.  Have messages from Optus that state it was going to connected today stayed home all day took a day off and no one turned up

Very cheesed off.  My wife on phone to Optus been on hold for over an hour now.  No one knows what is going on

they said theywere coming to fix my NBN but never showed up

then they closed the fault

is not the service I expected for $100/month

Had we given you an explanation as to why the technician hadn't attended the job of your scheduled appointment date?
