NBN network outage

Hi, I would like to know what’s happening recently, the NBN network always outage. If luckily, it would resume in a short time (this always happen). However, I found many times of outage more than 3 hours recently. I’m living in seven hills. Would you please advise what is the problem and the problem can be fixed soon? Thanks so much.

Appreciate where you are coming from, @Yaulla however NBN is not our network. Whenever a fault is noticed we report it to NBN asap to get it sorted. I have checked your area SEVEN HILLS, NSW, 2147 and can confirm that yes there is a fault reported at the moment. You can always check our Network Status in your area → here.


Our technicians are already aware of this and are working with NBN to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no time frame for resolution at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
