Just wondering if anyone has had a longer tower outage than ours at Benandarah, NSW. It has now been out at least eight months. Numerous complaints have been ignored. With three mobiles relying on this service we are a bit bit pissed off to say the least.
Carls Road is marked as dead on the Optus outage/coverage map. Can't see any obvious workaround besides using Telstra.

I can see techs are having trouble getting access to the site.
We're currently waiting for further assistance to get access.
You can also log a fault via the Network Status page to receive updates as we have them?
