Called Optus once again regarding the non sErvice I am gettting. Was told sErvice would be monitored for 48hours and I would be called back to see if any improvement. Would call Monday as he wasn't working Sunday.
Got it a call Sunday! Which unfortunately I missed - got sent a text message to say if still having problems replay FAULT to text which I did. No one has yet called, no doubt they will call when I'm out tomorrow!
any way went to the shops as advised and bought a new cable which has made no difference.
Still getting drop outs and being to,d to many things using internet and that I need to delete a recording to view the to although if I wait the show resumes anyway!
welcome back to dial-up internet. Nice job Optus the NBN switch over was really worth it! (That is a joke just in case you didn't realise)
