Some extra information to include in your tools.
The home page calls:
Provides all the current settings of your ac800s in plaintext (including passwords).
Within the json, the array "wwanadv" contains information about your current connection:
"curBand" - the primary carrier LTE band
"cellId" - the tower
"primScode": - the primary carrier
Interestingly, the array "custom" contains "hiddenMenuEnabled": false
and the array "wwan" contains "bandDisablementMaskLTE": "0000000000000000"
I'm thinking eavsdrop with wireshark and update the Auto/3G/4G preferrence (also in array wwan) to find the endpoint url. Since the webUI doesn't support https it'll all be unencrypted.
For any moderators reading this post, the ongoing upgrades at 20 Nicholson Road Subiaco resulted in the loss of PCIs 171 and 380 on the morning of 22 December - internet was excellent! One device jumped to PCI 53 another went to PCI 313, both had 4G+ indicators (didn't log in with diagnostic tools to id the secondary carriers). Unfortunately PCI 171 was restored later in the morning and the 'full signal, no internet' issue as described in ticket 17578954 was back. Be really great if you could pass on to the network team/update the ticket. Ideally the routing equipment for PCI 171 would be fixed but in the interim I'd just be happy with PCI 171 being shutdown.
