I have been chasing my tail with this problem the TCP/IP4 connection is fine.The TCP/IP6 will not connect which in turn makes the diagnostic abilities fail on the points (i) Loop back test (ii)Local network Test (iii) network communication Test.It does not matter if I use Dell diagnostics or Microsoft or Optus I cannot get the TCP/IP6 working.Anyone have a solution to this problem.According to the Optus technicians they assure me that my internet connection is configured correctly.Regards theoldfart.
