I seem to have a few phones on my business account that don't appear to be receiving calls from Telstra. I have called technical support who seem to be aware of a problem, but I can't find solid evidence of a fault?
Is this a known issue or is anyone else experiencing something similar at the moment ?
We have updated the phones, turned on and off, SIM Swapped and still certain Telstra numbers are unable to contact us.
Hey @CWY41, nothing I'm immediately aware of that would be impacting services in this way. Did Tech Support offer anything in the way of a fault or reference number?
