In the middle of suburbia

Anyone else feel like they are living AND working in the middle of nowhere due to the reception coverage they get with Optus (or lack there of) YEARS OF THIS and every time I try to remove myself from using them there's some glitch or some payment I can't afford.<br>I can't check my emails or anything at work let alone revcieve phone calls that could be important. I work in a MAJOR shopping centre it's just embarrassing

Are you on a contract now? How much does your plan cost and how much data do you generally use a month?

Hello
Yes tried trouble shooting and post codes vary with little difference I frequent 6058, 6107, and 6140.
I work at Westfield Carousel which coincidentally supplies the free wifi for the centre I have to use this other wise most days I have NO reception, emergency only 😤

Our network status map shows there is a known outage at Westfield Carousel and planned work with technicians on site. Postcode 6140 is not returning any result.
