Important info for customers impacted by severe weather and flooding in NSW

We have some information for Optus customers who've been affected by the severe weather and flooding in NSW.

There are 16 mobile sites currently impacted. The complete list of impacted areas can be found up on our NSW Severe Weather Support Page.

Customers in the areas listed may experience difficulty with calling, text and mobile data. During this time, you'll still be able to call emergency services by dialling 000 

As more information comes through, we'll continue to update our support page.  

We can also confirm that a number of relief measures will be offered to impacted customers. To find out more, please check out our official media statement
