Home phone is not working

How do I report that our landline is not working - after telephoning Optus they advise their Customer Support Centre is CLOSED due to COVID-19. I'm supposed to self serve apparently but there is no where to report the LANDLINE is not working - only mobiles and internet.

Hey @M1RO

Sorry to hear you cannot log into the My Optus App, I’d suggest reaching out to our Messaging team who should be able to assist. In the mean time if you know your login details, you can try logging into My Account on a PC or Tablet.
