INstead of a ctually working on developing and providing an effective and fairly priced broadband service, Optus simply pushes it s supposed "valued" customers to fulminate amongst themselves and try to find 'solutions" to problems these morons create themselves by skimping on service. Not leats in the realm of broadband, where it is obvious from the freuqency of service failure that Optus simply doesn't buy enough bandwidth to meet it's "valued" customers' needs. Enough with this Zoo claptrap already - just give us what we pay for! (BTW, that means service and repsonsiveness)
We obviously don't pay them for service. Maybe would should all pitch in another $30, or give them a 20% tip. In USA, if you don't give them a tip, they sue you.
