Feed up with network quality


I am totally over Optus, it's unbelievable how bad the reception is. Even calling to complain the line dropped out (surprised it lasted as long as it did - a good 5 minutes) unfortunately there was a 10-minute hold. Other than going to the TIO is there anybody that can help?

If this is a mobile phone coverage issue you may be best to speak with Optus about it as they did have a coverage guarantee at one stage.
