Oh, I see! If you head to Settings > Mobile, are you able to see the tab is switched on for 'Mail'? This allows you to use the mail server when connected to 4G Mobile Data. Tina.

Hey @Wendylee1964 - Can I just confirm if this was through the iPhone Mail app or was this a dedicated one?
Can you confirm if you've updated the outgoing settings for the specific email?
