Just switched over from Telstra to Optus and my data doesnt seem to be active on the network. I can confirm i have data switched on my phone and the network settings have been reset as i can make and recieve calls. The optus app is providing me with an error and several other apps dont appear to work e.g. instagram, chrome etc.
Any reason or is there additional settings needed to be switched.
Phone is a Samsung S6 Edge.
UPDATE : APN Settings had to be reconfigured.
