We have a current 24 month Broadband bundle contract that expires in March 2019.
An advice has arrived stating that NBN is available to connect to in our suburb within 5 months.
Can someone advise how this effects the existing contract, is it;
a: terminated and you have to renew to an NBN contract
b: NBN continues on the existing plan
b: Can you wait until the current contract expires.

Hey there, when you sign up for an NBN service with us we would generally start you on a new rate plan if your current plan is not longer available.
With that being said, there wouldn't be any cancellation fees involved if you do migrate over with us 🙂
You can wait for your current contract to expire if you wish but it's not something we'd recommend as eventually your current services would be decommissioned.
