Coverage map bug?

This has to be a bug:

  1. Go to coverage map, https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/coverage
  2. Select an operational tower, no "log a fault" button
  3. Select a tower already identified as being faulty, and it has a "log a fault" button

So, we can only log a fault if you already know there's a fault!?

Also, the "log a fault" page requires a Mobile Phone number. If I have 5G Home internet - THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER!

Just poor design I suspect. However are you sure its not your phone number you're meant to put in (so they can let you know when its fixed)?

Re: Coverage map bug?

Yeah, I tried adding my mobile number, it says:

"Hmm. The service number you’ve entered doesn’t match what we have in our system. Please check you have entered your Optus phone number correctly."

@alexjalex  5G Home Internet has a sim card, it has a phone number. Check your bill or My Optus app.

I am an Optus subscriber, just trying to help.

Re: Coverage map bug?

Ok, the phone number is on the MyOptus App.

But, the Log A Fault site doesn't accept the 5G number:

"Hmm. The service number you’ve entered doesn’t match what we have in our system. Please check you have entered your Optus phone number correctly."
