Hi Optus Team Our family has 3 Optus prepaid numbers. We have been associated with Optus for almost 4 plus years now. There is No or very very poor connection occasionally inside Westmead Children’s hospital. This is the place where we work. It is very difficult to work with out being in contact with other staff and has to depend on landline phones. Is there a way your team could boost the signal inside the hospital area? It seems that except for Optus other networks have good signal inside the hospital. Most of our colleagues advised us to port our number to other services as this has been a long standing issue. However we would want to enquire you guys before we consider other options. Kindly advise us if anything could be done to improve the mobile signal coverage inside the Westmead Children’s hospital?
